Reprieve to all Maasai May evictees as Tanga Tanga MPs have started the process of procuring a parcel of land to settle them.
On Wednesday, a section of leaders among them Nelson Koech, Brighton Yegon, Dominic Koske, Gideon Keter and Johanna Ngeno surveyed the land situated in Narok South.
The team perceives the eviction as a dynastic scheme to paint the Deputy President William Ruto in his backyard.
To further the arrangements, all Tanga Tanga MPs, Senators, Women Reps and Governors will be meeting today at Ole Sereni hotel located along Mombasa road in Nairobi.
This comes amidst the planned protests of IDPs who are hinted of barricading roads in the region to protect inhumane evictions.
Earlier this week, nominated MP Gideon Keter told the press that he would be suing the Rift Coordinator George Natembeya for harassing Evictees sheltering in Kuresoi South.
As this happens Bomet and Kericho leaders have notified the police that they will be conducting a public meeting to discuss the State of Mau eviction in Bomet Green stadium on 2nd Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
